Different POVs: - in July I ran 190 Km (118 miles) - in July I burned 11000 kCal - in July I sweated 23 litres (6 US gallons) the third one sounds scary... 😱

Good stuff. I haven't kept track of every run this month, but I have a good amount of data from the past month of training. My sweat rate loss is coming in at about 0.9416 l/hr. It's time to get the sodium test next so that I can regulate sodium during my runs.

How do you figure out sweat loss? I assume the weigh-ins factor in, does anything else?

1-2L of sweat is quite a lot tho, do you drink any water during runs?

Such good data. The sweat is quite unbelievable. It would be great to do a winter comparison. I am envious of your weather column! 😂
