i’ve been taking creatine daily for a few years. never worried about safety. but now i’m seeing the fitness community form a cult around creatine propaganda. i’ve learned from my time in crypto that only happens when there’s money to be made. now my tin foil hat is on and i’m rethinking using creatine.

creatine is probably the most studied supplement after caffeine, I wouldn’t worry about safety

Creatine is literally the most tested supplement bc it’s been around forever and actually not only is it safe they’ve found extra benefits including neurological ones like memory and brain function. I’d be curious what influencers are peddling anti creatine bc along with Protein I count it as the safest and really only worthwhile supplements.

creatine is the golden child of fitness supplements, hands down the safest out there. I’ve been using it for 5 years straight, and I’m not even picky about the brand—sometimes I grab the cheapest stuff on the shelf, and guess what? I’m still thriving, no side effects, just gains! Even the "low-grade" stuff can’t mess with your health—it’s that legit.

The propaganda can go both ways. Scammers reduce quality without disclosing content (recent Amazon “scandal”), whereas opportunists increase the margin on mediocre or better quality. It takes so much work to get it right. Signed, Rando that bought an overpriced pack of creatine Gummies off the shelf

I buy the top isolate that you see when you search Creatine on zon Been using it forever seems legit I think it’s trusted, simple, and effective, so people like it. A lot of supplement companies try to overcomplicate it, and I’m sure there is a lot of money to be made by making sure its popularity continues. Never thought of whether there is a sinister “it isn’t healthy but let’s tell people it is so we can keep selling it” but worth looking into as with anything you put in your body. Through my bro research I have not found anything too bad though - just the typical cautionary things. This is why I buy the isolate though; no additives to worry about.

creatine is the most researched supplement. super safe. there's so much support recently because we are learning how much better it is than we even thought. it can be taken in much higher doses than we thought too. and it's arguably even more important for women, so there's a push to get women taking it also. there are def brands who want to make money off this trend, but that doesn't invalidate the benefits of the thing itself.
