Surprising distance comparisons are among my favorite geography facts. Here's a new one I learned: The capital of Ethiopia is as far from the largest city in Nigeria as it is from Mumbai in India. https://i.imgur.com/6iS9XSn.jpg

Senegal is like an “n” around Gambia. I find it soooo cool that there are a lot of trips you’ll take from the southern Senegal area (Casamance) to Northern Senegal that require driving through Gambia. https://i.imgur.com/2cryaFM.jpg

K if we are sharing thoughts on perceptions, being a number dum dum, what is fascinating to me is if you multiply the # 9 and add the digits of that multiplaction, you always get the # 9 So, 6x9 = 45 and 4+5= 9 So, 2x9= 18 and 1 +8= 9
