being around trees (forest bathing) yoga nidra (nervous system regulation) TRE tremoring (burn the stress out) grieving and crying (highly effective) timeline therapy to clear out emotions reflecting on my values and understanding how I got to burnout to begin with

1. Fix sleep schedule - same bedtime / wake up every day 2. Spend more time in your body and less time in your mind 3. Reframe stories you tell yourself through a possibility mindset 4. Remind yourself of your why 5. Spend time with people who love you, and learn to love yourself

Logging off works. But also gives you perspective on some of the number go up stuff that makes it hard to come back to the space…

- start your day with a walk outside, even a short one - get tired in a fun way (sports, VR games, gym, whatever) - set aside others expectations of you. timebox it if you feel guilty (eg "im gonna try this for a week") - follow the fun. just do whats interesting now without any expectations

Others said many good things so I won't be repeating that. I'd also add to the list to prioritize rekindling connections with old friends and giving more priority to your social life. This'll force you to go out and touch grass even if your job demands lots of attention.

Tbh, I needed this. So far uninstalling all the apps that leads to crypto has worked for me. Doesn't make me fomo or risk in choppy markets

First you have to deal with and remedy we got you there in the first place. For me, it was quitting my current job and then spending time rebalancing myself. And giving myself plenty of grace because burnout recovery is a journey. It doesn’t happen quickly. Just like how you didn’t burn out quickly

1. Invest further in health -> Mostly diet + sleep. 2. Explore other forms of art that spurs creativity -> Reading fiction, movies, side projects. 3. Friends + social stuff. 4. A sport or activity that puts you in the zone. For me personally - 8 hours of sleep, going through non crypto rabbit holes, basketball.

wait for the bull market to end, then wait for the wailing descent into the bear market to complete, then chill in the bear market for a couple of years to recuperate, work on things nobody cares about until they do, then run it again
