8 hr sleep/night, meditate daily, monthly ‘retreat’ (2-3 hrs of meditation), daily exercise, no fast-food, limit alcohol (physical health influences mental) Keep controllable stress low: live simply (spend materially less than earn), significant cash on hand, multiple income streams, have plan in event of layoff.

Breathe work/mediation in the sauna for 20-20 minutes. I’m finding my concentration and cognition is way sharper when I’m doing it 3-4 times a week.
