5. I think it’s a combination of all that is the main appeal for me. You can have any of those ingredients separately but they will never taste as good as put together in a single dish.

4. But really a blend between 3 and 4. 80-90% of people in Aus have the week between Christmas and New Years off. It’s summer, the beaches are packed and good vibes are going around. It’s easy to catch up with people because everyone is off. Feels like the whole country just kinda takes a breath and relaxes.
