CCIP bridges take about ~30 min. Just checked Chainlink's own transporter dApp and it indicates 28 min from Base to ETH. I usually use either Jumper or Orbiter—Rainbow or Zerion on mobile though—, which usually takes about <1 to 3 min. max in the ape mode.

I guess CCIP is more secure, though?!
