Saw a company recently raising with a 'SAFT + equity warrant' round structure and was so refreshed by it. šŸŽ© The U.S. has perpetuated the 'SAFE + token warrant' round as the de-facto structure for a lot of founders globally but it's arguably not the best design for web3 & on-chain startups.

This is one example of a successful initial liquidity pool from a founding team. This Uni v3 LP position was the 1st weth/degen pool created 25 days ago by the same wallet that created the $degen token contract.
