understand this is a common request. we relentlessly cut scope to ship the app in a few weeks poll: what would you prefer? 1) being able to connect with a wallet you own (EOA), and signing every transaction with that wallet app (would require you to switch apps regularly) 2) being able to *mint to* your personal wallet, but use your smart wallet to sign transactions to avoid app-switching

Option 1 works for me for every app, I don't want to own another wallet for every new app I use.

Avoid app switching always. As long as there is a way eventually to consolidate all these smart wallets from a UX standpoint it’s all about less friction for new users (not existing MetaMask OGs)

Hold the line. I fought creating a new wallet because I was lazy. Having done it, it’s just better. Do we care about onboarding mainstream audiences or no? I’m now leaning towards stripping out support for EOAs in my WIP project.

i already had a smart wallet so i didn't need to create a wallet but #2 would be nice bc i can't seem to connect my smart wallet to share moshis on gallery (yet?) ^-^

2. Though I would like to mention that the constant tab-switching and having to verify my Face ID / passkey for my newly created smart wallet almost entirely negates the UX benefit of it in the first place

2! w/ an option to save the "mint to" address, so there's no need to enter it every time

Very 2 1 will take more normie education, and 2 will probably require some reeducation/docs to support crypto doofs

It would be nice to sign in with another wallet to collect your collections at the least!

There’s a middle ground. You can sign once an approval or a session for the embedded wallet to transact on the behalf of your main wallet. You wouldn’t have to sign every single transaction
