how would you feel about a product that rewarded you with liquid tokens for using it, but every time you used a competitor's product, it divided future reward distributions by 50%? idea #2: same as above but opt-in. earn 1x rewards by default or 2x for putting a ring on it

Feels like a zero sum approach to a market. Dislike Alternative: 1x rewards by using, and something like 2x rewards if you lock your rewards for some amount of time (contingent on actually using product to earn the rewards)

The NFT platforms kinda do this already. Not much different than a traditional loyalty program, it’s just a bit more aggressive. Try it and let the free market decide.

details matter, esp what the token represents, blah blah blah BUT if using uber or lyft exclusively gave me free access to their equity i'd probably put a ring on it. that being said, it'd give me a ton of ~anxiety/anger if the one i was married to wasn't working (or really backed up) and i needed to get somewhere..
