we’re at the protocol competition stage of web3. the more interesting phase for consumers will start when this settles a bit. when many many apps and clients will be built on a few protocols and chains. analogy: smtp and imap doesn't matter to consumers. gmail does.

for me the value of ai products like dot and tame os come from writing and externalising my thinking. the ai responses rarely provide insight, but they pose great questions. space for reflection is where the value is. it's more like a journal than an assistant.
