up until recently i would’ve advised anyone building in crypto to do it on @base.

I am unsure how the trust model will scale. Rn fc is a family. But at 10x? A single malicious txn can drain your wallet. The controls will make or break it.

as a hater, i'm loathe to admit this, but all of the hustle culture shit is true / the "oh muh the cabal is holding me back" is false

(1) ship, (2) tell people you shipped, (3) don't lie about what you've shipped

if you do this consistently for one month you will see noticeable results - opportunities will start to flow towards you, instead of you reaching for them

For those that are new: Rebase is a token launchpad where you stake to earn new tokens launching. Our first token, $REFI, is live. $REFI is our protocol token and will get an allocation on all future token launches.

10 months ago I set out to create a startup token launcher. I found a wedge in LP incentives and doubled down, but that wedge eroded once one-sided LP token launches started dominating.

I am not done with the idea of a startup token launcher.

if there’s one fundamental takeaway from farcon for me—it's something both bedrock simple & blindingly self‑evident, and that is: we’re here

first night i swapped stories with maybe a dozen folks & the phrase kept looping; then jesse took the mic, tossed out a revolutionary “we’re here,” and that no-shit line detonated a 2am rabbit hole in my head

by day three the pattern was undeniable:

most of us aren’t minting fortunes in crypto; a lot have torched comfy salaries, defaulted to ramen budgets, moved back in with roommates just to keep shipping; plenty are still willing their side gigs into the black, living on micro‑grants, hypersubs, shitcoin flips, or flat‑out community grace
