Bulgarian cuisine is quite underrated, we have a lot of interesting and tasty dishes, but the quality of restaurants not OK.
Also, different regions of Bulgaria have different cuisine. 
If you get a chance, you should definitely try it)

Korea has a lot of delicious food too. Some examples are kimchi, galbi, bulgogi, and bibimbap
