Ehh, haven’t been here for a while, month or so. I hope Warpcast became better :). Social media takes a lot of time, but here is strange thing: social media assured us that 10-20 likes don’t cost anything, but if we would meet same amount of people in real life who could just say something nice to us or even give a handshake - completely different thing.

2019, Shiraz. Nasir al-Mulk mosque, also known as Pink mosque - it’s walls are covered with rose and iris ornaments, unique use of coloured glass windows creates wonder every morning - the sun comes out and it’s rays demonstrate the stunning play of light inside.

Yesterday I made my own cheese. It’s pretty simple, but it’s not that tasty as in shop. Anyways, anyways.. One is with herbs, other one has more fat, then with less fat, and the top one is with chilli and garlic. Good for sandwiches, it’s ok.

These are mine shots from Budva, Montenegro. For some reason I feel that this country is underrated in sense of tourism. There are really beautiful places that inspire so much. This is a small country on the road to Croatia, with affordable prices and cheap real estate, I’m still wondering why nobody doesn’t invest into it there, because it is pretty safe, local people are very friendly, the country is in NATO and probably might become an EU member. But that’s not what brings me there. I’m there due to magical colours of water, southern nature and very, no, VERY kind people. I definitely recommend. I’ll be posting a bit more photos of it. If somebody is living there - give your opinion on nice Montenegro.

1) I remember world was like a two pieces of magnets since my childhood. Now the side of one of the magnets is like turned around, more than 10 years ago. 2) All of us have a moment in life since which you start remembering your life. Mine is related to the episode that led my parents to divorce. The next few points are me holding a photo on the winter beach and with silly hat. Third is kicking soviet TV next to the trash bin. 3) Fear. The first time I felt true, real fear was watching on TV 9/11/2001 live. I was 11.

It was a surprise for me when I discussed pasta with my Italian friend. She opened the kitchen drawer and demonstrated me types of pastas she had (many! for the soup, pasta, or just a garnish etc). And yes, it’s not about stereotypes, we really came to the conclusion that the structure and form of pasta (and ingredients that are “stuck” in it while cooking) affects different areas of tongue which leads to different tasting. Share your thoughts on this if that’s true/not true.

Few of my new nature shots. I’ve been to bogs few days ago and it was a relaxation therapy, runaway from dynamic city life. Bright natural colours that seem unreal (light green, red, yellow) hit my eyes. Usually while living in the city you get used to more greyish tones and this sip of fresh air fills your brain with a new wave of energy that you are going to bring back with you. Interesting to know about Asturias, Spain! This is horreo (pronounced almost like a famous cookie brand). It’s widely spread on the north of Iberian peninsula. I was travelling to Asturias, north of Spain, and saw them in many places in the villages. They are usually built on wooden or stone pillars, some meters above the ground so that mice can’t reach it. Used for storing grain back by then, but nowadays it is used for storing things like bikes, surfing equipment, mattresses etc or isn’t it a cool thing for kids to play in? Remember we’ve been building some “bases” in the trees where we could run away from the world of adults? I was thinking that this is just a tradition to surprise tourists but no, they really still have them and use. Photo by me :).
