Not to shill, but getstoic.com really helped me with this. It’s basically journaling but it’s prompted or it has prompts for when you’re stuck and it helps me get going. Might help you

The one I keep to is journaling. I have a pen and paper always with me, and I write in 2 parts. I write about my day, and I try to write things I am grateful. So I pour out my frustrations in the first part, and try to see the good in the second part. I hope this helps.

i used to have a phenomenal year in review template, but i think it was lost to the sands of time - i have an excalidraw version of it if that's up your alley. Usually takes a week to do right tho but for a weekend, this one from james clear should be pretty good! https://jamesclear.com/annual-review

Guided meditations are a good place to start. Recommend Calm app. Repeatedly ask yourself "why am i thinking this?" or "why do i feel this way?" And write, write, write!
