does this actually resonate with people? i think this is the kind of stuff that really doesn't motivate me, and is a dominant aesthetic in Silicon Valley i don't think this is how your heroes viewed themselves, it feels like cope when someone actually doesn't really believe they are doing the right thing to position themselves in this way

Its incredibly offputting - esp given so much is easier to build now vs a year or two ago thanks to AI The people with the best ideas, and novel approaches to execution, are ironically the ones enjoying the beach and allowing their mind to make interesting connections with the sound of the ocean in the background If anyone still buys into this bs in 2025 I feel sorry for them cc feedback @alliancedao @qw - this is a silly way to market yourselves
