started building /spotlight in public this past week

i was preparing myself for the utter indignity of posting everyday to /spotlightapp

transitioning slowly towards building in public. 

the contracts are live on testnet and i'm putting the final touches on the app.

i'm still wrestling a bit with how to frame the use case. there are a lot of paths the protocol could take, and i'm resisting the urge to crowd and complicate the vision
