i don't think this is how your heroes viewed themselves, it feels like cope when someone actually doesn't really believe they are doing the right thing to position themselves in this way

The people with the best ideas, and novel approaches to execution, are ironically the ones enjoying the beach and allowing their mind to make interesting connections with the sound of the ocean in the background
