does this actually resonate with people? i think this is the kind of stuff that really doesn't motivate me, and is a dominant aesthetic in Silicon Valley i don't think this is how your heroes viewed themselves, it feels like cope when someone actually doesn't really believe they are doing the right thing to position themselves in this way

ya this reeks of insecurity -- "I'd love to be social but I don't know how to so I have to pretend that my anti-social tendencies are because of the demands of my startup and I'll continue doubling down on that narrative even though I'm deeply unhappy"
