Parents with infants, how do you not get sick every time your kids get sick? 🤒

It’s hard. Helps to stop drinking, eat better, try to sleep more (bed earlier, even if the kids wake you up)

I was sick with different bugs for a month straight in April. Considered giving the house an exorcism We tried to keep ventilation as good as possible but otherwise just survive

For me, there seemed to be a lot of things that my kid was susceptible to early on that didn't make me sick and then it switched around by elementary school

Take extra super care of my guy health- it's the first line of defense in the immune system. Take colostrum everyday (if you don't have dairy intolerance). I use the brand Armra and take an extra scoop when I feel I may be coming down with something

Hazmat suit. The stuff the kids bring back from nursery school is lethal. On a serious note, you just have to put up with it. They get sick for two days, you get sick for two weeks. Staying hydrated and eating well usually helps but that's not always that easy with young kids.

It’s inevitable. By the time you suspect your kid is sick, they’ve already been contagious.

Some is inevitable, but besides the stuff people have already mentioned about general health and stuff you can take or eat, I'd say good ventilation and sanitation / hygiene practices. If I'm sick I'll wear a mask around my baby.

I've been taking AG1 and have definitely noticed that it helps prevent me from getting sick altogether.

In theory you should already have immunity to the bugs your kids are falling ill with as they ‘meeting them fir the first time’ . It’s one of those ‘just cos it’s common doesn’t make it normal’ things. Eat well, sleep , etc - same things to stay healthy without kids.
