Parents with infants, how do you not get sick every time your kids get sick? 🤒

It’s hard. Helps to stop drinking, eat better, try to sleep more (bed earlier, even if the kids wake you up)

Being healthy and washing hands a lot works some. Once you have more than one kid, it becomes near impossible to dodge as it is inevitable one of them sneezes in your face, food, or shoves a hand in your mouth lol
