I previously had the misconception of deadlifting mostly as something guys are into but they're now my favorite form of exercise and I only wish I could do it more frequently in a week. Made my back pain go away and entire body feel better plus so fun having personal progression!

You can deadlift more frequently if every session isn’t max intensity! I have a second session that’s paused deadlifts and RDLs, lighter than the main day

I was afraid it was too difficult for me. I know it was illogical thinking. I love them too! If anything, I think strengthening my back and core this way has made me feel and seem taller.

Dead lifts and squats are elite full-body exercises with tons of benefits if done correctly. Had the same experience as you with deadlifting. Back pain has vanished permanently.
