I previously had the misconception of deadlifting mostly as something guys are into but they're now my favorite form of exercise and I only wish I could do it more frequently in a week. Made my back pain go away and entire body feel better plus so fun having personal progression!

Oh dang! Was it due to incorrect form or pushing yourself too quickly by chance? My physical therapist has been teaching me on that to avoid back pain from it

When you deadlift, stick the bar to your legs as if you're rubbing your skin with it. & Keep your back tight; this should solve the problem.
