I previously had the misconception of deadlifting mostly as something guys are into but they're now my favorite form of exercise and I only wish I could do it more frequently in a week. Made my back pain go away and entire body feel better plus so fun having personal progression!

When you deadlift, stick the bar to your legs as if you're rubbing your skin with it. & Keep your back tight; this should solve the problem.

i followed that guide after watching a youtube video but still have issues. might be flexibility like my lower back is not perfectly straight
