What tool do you guys like for customer feedback? We were going to use a Slack channel but Slack changed some stuff (pricing, invite link expirations) that make it infeasible for us to move forward with them. We will have basic channels: text, email set up but are there any tools you all have used and really liked? Canny seems OK..... We were inclined towards a FB Group.... Any recommendations welcome!

We have used Smallchat within our support Slack channel. It connects via email, so no new channels for your customers to manage. If your team is already in Slack, it might work. https://small.chat

Does Canny still do that thing where users get to vote for features? Personally I hate that mechanic. It just creates unnecessary friction. I like email+surveys+user interviews. The more direct the connection the better.

it depends on your customer base but I do like discord servers for customers to help each other out and build community If you use fb groups I will be very unlikely to participate ๐Ÿ˜…

What are you hoping to get out of it? Sounds like you have the right cx tools in place like text and email. If you wanted a bit more control maybe intercom. Also, donโ€™t knock Facebook groups. If your customers are geriatric theyโ€™re gonna love that shit (figuratively and literally)
