What tool do you guys like for customer feedback? We were going to use a Slack channel but Slack changed some stuff (pricing, invite link expirations) that make it infeasible for us to move forward with them. We will have basic channels: text, email set up but are there any tools you all have used and really liked? Canny seems OK..... We were inclined towards a FB Group.... Any recommendations welcome!

What are you hoping to get out of it? Sounds like you have the right cx tools in place like text and email. If you wanted a bit more control maybe intercom. Also, don’t knock Facebook groups. If your customers are geriatric they’re gonna love that shit (figuratively and literally)
