What tool do you guys like for customer feedback? 
We were going to use a Slack channel but Slack changed some stuff (pricing, invite link expirations) that make it infeasible for us to move forward with them. 

We will have basic channels: text, email set up but are there any tools you all have used and really liked? 

Canny seems OK..... 
We were inclined towards a FB Group....

We have used Smallchat within our support Slack channel. It connects via email, so no new channels for your customers to manage. If your team is already in Slack, it might work.
