Interesting! This totally makes sense. But I feel almost completely opposite. I don’t enjoy most of what I listened to when younger, even when it’s objectively still very good to me. I think maybe because music accumulates baggage over time or something.

I think I might be an exception. I think they are onto something re: teens highest approval but I think id bring everything else up much higher. My favorite music when I was a kid was ABBA and disco 😂 still slaps today!
