Point-to-point movement, the more tactical the better. Think Fireteam Zero or Mice and Mystics. Dice pooling is a close second, a la Arkham Horror 3e.

Basic roll mechanic in pbta ttrgps I love that it keeps things centered in narrative shenanigans whenever a roll needs to be made

I’m a sucker for some old fashioned dice rolling. And if you add in hands of cards (think of β€œgimme the brain” by Steve Jackson games a top 3 of mine)β€” chefs kiss

You’re not gonna make me choose between D&D and board games. Nice try.

Monologue tokens, from Good Society (the Jane Austen roleplaying game) You can give them to other characters (not players, but CHARACTERS, since everyone usually plays multiple) in order to hear their internal monologue, either in-character or described. It serves zero meta purpose, just great story beats!

roleplaying would be my fave. There's nothing more entertaining than losing yourself in a completely different character.
