has physical therapy helped with joint stability for you?

across the board. my physical therapist was actually the one who told me about hyper mobility and neurodivergence. it’s fascinating stuff!

I recently discovered there is high comorbidity between adhd and connective tissue disorders!

Which would explain why all of my party tricks are about my joints popping out of place or stretching my skin in weird ways lol

if you also have joint pain or can easily pop out joints, chronic fatigue, and bruise easily you may want to go to a doctor and ask about connective tissue disorders!! 

i just found out about the link between this and neurodivergence and it can give you early arthritis and other issues earlier on in life than normal bc your ligaments and tendons don’t hold your bones in place properly

Not sure, but conducting research is essential for decision-making and progress.
