Would pay something absurd like $500 a month for a gym +  primary care clinic combo where you can work with a NP on custom workout plans/diet, get blood tests every 3-6 months to monitor nutrition and hormone levels, and actively monitor fitness progress.

somewhat healthy. I work out a few times a week and avoid processed foods, but not extremely fit. I also worked at a Primary Care startup (Iora Health) and always wished there was a version for young/healthy people interested in fitness so I could get pro help vs Reddit/podcasts + convincing PCP to order blood tests

There will exist a company that's 10X Google someday that manages your health from life to death, including:

- AI predictive tech on your genetics to see what you're pre-disposed to and delivery personalized care
- Blood tests / markers to get ahead of illness
- Nutrition/fitness
- Anti-aging

500 feels too cheap, but yes would throw money at this setup

bottom line is you’re going need something like that depending on where you’re getting that 500$/month from. Becuase if the 500$ a month you’re getting is making you healthy you would save said 500$ a month.

Then you should move here to Argentina! You can get all of that for much less, even for free in some cases.
