insane thought and probably not true, but it might be viable to build on top of Delta emulator now that it is in the app store. can't stop thinking about how sick it would be to see new IPs develop GBA format games in C to take advantage of the distribution.

we've built an sdk that allows anyone building on base to add live chat and item swapping to their project. think onchain Runescape trading compatible with apps, websites, marketplaces, games, etc and can be added with a few lines of code and styled to match any ui.

followed advice and called ~15 buildings in the area we wanted move 3 months ahead and asked 1. Do you have any listings starting May 1 w/ [criteria]? 2. Will you alert me if one becomes available? Got a call 2 weeks ago, saw the unit before it hit StreetEasy, signed lease. So much better than 30 person open houses
