Would pay something absurd like $500 a month for a gym + primary care clinic combo where you can work with a NP on custom workout plans/diet, get blood tests every 3-6 months to monitor nutrition and hormone levels, and actively monitor fitness progress.

💯. depending on gym equip/classes and plan options (individual vs. family) would consider paying much more (~1k/mo ish)
