ladies 30+ what is the best thing you've done for your skin? from topicals to lasers to injectables to surgical intervention, i'm curious what's been worth it to you! (besides daily SPF - we can all agree that's the absolutely necessary one)

The best what i did for my self : Drink more water, better sleep, not much sun and good masks. Would highly recommend my favorite Mask Vivant by Biologique Recherche i also use their cream too. But i have never done any needles, or lasers yet πŸ™ˆ

I used to do peelings when I was younger for my acne, it also worked on the overall texture of my skin - but haven’t done anything after 30. Also interested - I reckon peelings are a good start depending on what you want to achieve.

It’s more about what I’m not doing - say no to dehydration Say no to sleep deprivation - don’t smoke - don’t drink alcohol excessively - sunlight is medicine, just don’t get burnt - don’t forget to wear sunglasses - don’t pick clogged pores, see an aesthetician - don’t be around ppl who make you frown

My mom uses a scary red light mask every night and says it’s amazing! She also say you can try more gentle peels before going for the crazy ones.

I used to have terrible acne. People would remember my acne but never my name so skin has been a journey. Medical - chemical peels for discoloration and acne scars. 2-4x a year, I did this like every other month for 5 years to get it where it is today - lasers like clear and brilliant or laseMD for age spots and collagen. Once a year in the winter time for 4-5 sessions via package. - botox to raise my eyebrows to look awake Over the counter - spot treatment with retinol on active zits for high cellular turn over; kill bacteria and remove dark spots left behind β€” MAGIC - acid toner @ night with LHA/BHA every other day bc I have small pores so clean pores from pollution and bacteria - rich night cream with peptides and ceramides - tinted sunscreen for day time only

hi here is the story of how xeomin saved my life anyway so i used to live in west palm beach florida it is very vain there i started getting injectables at age 29 because i was a chronic expressioner and my forehead was like death valley because of all my smiling etc at 32 i went to get a little baby amount of xeomin and i asked the injector who was an NP what might be going on with my forehead (there was a red spot that would not go away) and she was like go get that checked it might be cancer so i went and got it checked and i also got a full body skin check and i had stage II melanoma on my back if it had grown .1 MM larger, it would have spread to my dermis and k1ll3d me so the best thing ive ever done for my skin is get injectables (and also get a skin check bc dont be like me and almost die)
