It’s funny when kids ask what’s the work/life balance at my company. I tell them I go to war 13-14 hours a day across 5 time zones. It’s a bad sign when they ask for that in the first place.

A product is not successful until you generate revenue. A product is valuable when customers (willingly) keep paying for the service. A team is successful when they can operationally deliver on these items *seamlessly* for customers then these customers will refer others in their ecosystem(s) to the product.

It’s crazy that the baby formula industry actively lobbies against paid maternity leave. There’s direct correlation of mothers returning to the workforce and introduction of formula to the household.
