Proof of human is not sufficient, either. https://x.com/nikitabier/status/1834979355501776928

There's 8 billion of us, I'm sure a substantial percentage is very happy to post slop all day. Maybe we need cozy spaces for slop, as an outlet.

Proof of human is a red herring IMHO. When it comes to curation of content/access, trust is all that matters. Whether it’s an algorithm or human, I’m more likely to listen to them if I trust them. Proof-of-human is people trying to cram permissionlessness into systems that don’t need to be. It’s attempting to create a shortcut for trust, which takes time.

And soon it may not even be an indicator. Tbh, some of the LLM-generated comments are better than engagement-farming, human-generated comments.

We are pretty close to 60% of the whole internet being generated by ai right now. Its not going to take long for human generated content being less than 1% of all content published online.

Everytime I interact with @gmfarcaster live I think, this is how the bot problem gets solved. It can be scaled.

You realize that’s one of the opacity use case, but we can do more than proof of humanity. We can stitch together your full digital presence

Only real way to deal with it is change the incentives. We're overindexing for engagement

Do you think we’ll start seeing a demand for AI free or AI limited spaces as a response to the high amount of spammers. Could that be the next big opportunity

If the AI spams higher quality contents than the other people post, I have no problem with it.

What happens when there are more bots than humans? 🤣 I give it another decade and AI will take over at a rate we didn't even imagine now
