but one thing this is lacking is better support for channel hosts — i used to use the notification tab to see all casts in the channels i host it has got more and more complicated recently i'd love to have a chronological feed of casts from all the channels i lead and replies to these casts too

I just want to see every notification. A power user I follow just tipped me 5000 degen and it’s not in my notifications. I only saw it because of the edit degen bot. But a priority feed is great as long as you can see everything somewhere.

2 main issues: if you only have a few dozen notifications/day then you are solving nonexistent problem and creating extra clicks. Perhaps more importantly, for people without a ton of followers, it’s super convenient to see replies in misc. channels you’ve posted to from people you don’t know/follow.

Add “All” tab with chronological feed of everything. But likes and follows grouped.

1. Too many tabs, most I will probably not use. But all okay if the default “priority” tab is good enough. 2. Notif tabs are mutually exclusive right? Or can they appear once in a tab then again in “priority”? Saw a recast by a high signal account in the “Others” tab. Not sure why.

I would like to be able to see everything as well, not just categories or groupings you determine. Each is an inbox of sorts and I don’t like managing inboxes.

i'll never periodically check the non-priority tabs, so users will think i'm ignoring their mentions when in reality i just don't know they're there. also most of these are not spam afaict. also engagement seems to have tanked across farcaster due to this https://warpcast.com/jacopo.eth/0x9eeccee0

I prefer the change but mentioned by others, mb worth considering mutual exclusivity. Throws me off when both Priority and Likes contain the same person liking the same cast in both groups.

I like it. Pls make the notification tabs MECE: specifically, if all the Follows notifications are in the Follows tab, I don’t want to see some of those follows again in the priority tab
