room yes. outside of crypto, u don't think much about incorporating philosophical or anthropological ideals into ur work to advance humankind. and that's one of the hardest things to grasp coming from web2 where there's already a shared, established understanding of what working in tech means.

Also, feel like decentralization + pseudonym makes it more harder to recruit via traditional channels and talent sourcing strategies. We are working to solve this problem at numberlabs.ai though a unique incentive model. Stay tuned. Would love to get your thoughts when ready.
