Running lots and for first time in 4-5 years, feeling ā€œathleticā€ again. Itā€™s entirely personal, relative, and subjective but feels significant to me. Biggest thing Iā€™ve had to relearn is that running fast is not just muscular and aerobic fitness, but sustained high pain tolerance. Anyone resonate with exp?
