Aiming for 50k (31m) + this week. What’s your weekly snapshot?

Running lots and for first time in 4-5 years, feeling “athletic” again. It’s entirely personal, relative, and subjective but feels significant to me.

Biggest thing I’ve had to relearn is that running fast is not just muscular and aerobic fitness, but sustained high pain tolerance.

Strikes me key practical takeaway is better not to use plastic where easy to adjust. Ie don’t drink plastic water bottles while at home. But not yet necessary where impractical. Don’t worry YET about eating hummus out of plastic container.
