Do you guys have any resources for sleep training a 4 month old? Pediatrician says we can start now. Wondering what’s the best way to start. A friend shared this resource. Thinking of getting it. https://takingcarababies.com/#classes

I’m sleep training my 10 month with this book. The book isn’t written super well, but the concepts are good. Only on day 3 so I’ll have to report back

fwiw I was recommended these by multiple people who had great success with these my wife and I had no luck with them and after a massive amount of frustration gave up and just did what felt right to us and the sleep problems just gradually faded away as he grew all this to say it's likely a good resource but YMMV and babies respond differently

Taking Cara babies is super helpful. We started with their sleep training program around 1 year, but plan to start earlier for next baby.

We read a book or two and talked to other parents but ultimately we had to find our own way through it since she was very anti-sleep White noise, ocean sounds, even calming music like sleepy beats ultimately helped a lot. A weighted sleep sack helps too to mimic the pressure of the womb/being wrapped as a baby Good luck!

We used rituals and the SNOO smart crib. SNOO was a big help in getting him to sleep and gave us some sleep time back. This book is also the science behind SNOO https://amzn.asia/d/aB8xcEj
