Taking Cara babies is super helpful. We started with their sleep training program around 1 year, but plan to start earlier for next baby.

Honestly we weren’t sure if we had the stomach for it, and hoped bedtime/sleeping through the night would just improve without needing to do it. 

It was a tough few nights going through the sleep training process but it’s been a game changer.
