Breville; consistent, pulls amazing shots if you clean it regularly; only use fresh beans

<= 2020 : Bialleti moka pot and aeropress 2020 =>: Breville Infuser Espresso and Technivorm Moccamaster. I went from simple to fancy during COVID since I couldn't go out to get coffee elsewhere.

a simple cezve, and some Turkish coffee. when done properly, you won't miss espresso. ps: if you have drunken it in the quotidian & trad setting, it sucks.

Aeropress until 2020, Aeropress with the Prismo attachment from Fellow for a couple years (insane power up), and then we got a Jura this year & have been enjoying it a lot.

I know I'm lazy. But it's that or home-brewed espresso and I don't have the patience (or equipment at this time).
