Update on Roman's case:

Judge Failla has granted the defense's request to delay the trial until early December 2024 instead of September as scheduled.

some positive developments in Roman's case but still a long road ahead to his trial in December. more time to prepare but also more $$$$.

anxiously waiting for the judge's rulings on the other motions to compel discovery, restrict the search of Storm's crypto wallets, and to dismiss the charges.

Update on Alexey's case in the Netherlands:

Alexey's bail was denied by the court and he will remain in jail for ~ the next year while his legal team prepares for the appeal hearing. He will not have access to a computer or the internet during that time.

Alexey's next hearing on whether he should be released from jail is Thursday July 11th and his appeal is ongoing.

Roman has filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him which will be argued at a hearing on Friday July 12th.
