Tried a new recipe: black bean sauce chicken stir fry, with egg noodle & broccolini. Only 7 ingredients and turned out very well! First time cooking broccolini and using black bean sauce.

豆豉 also works really well with beef, imho. for sauce, I lean towards oyster sauce.

I had exactly this tonight! Except the chicken was baked in teriyaki, The broccolini was just oiled, salted and peppered, And the whole thing was put in the oven at 375. Then I put Sweet Baby Rays wing sauce on it just because. Plus a cabernet, of course. 😂
