Is there any material benefit for doing 60 minute run at 11km/s vs 6x 10 min with 3 min break but faster

builds aerobic base (ability to perform lower load for longer), cardio endurance, and improves running mechanics (things like energy efficiency + muscles don’t get tired) would say 60 vs 6*(10+3) is pretty different for all those, 10min intervals border on training speed (things like turnover + running strength)

Different outcomes. One trains your stamina. One trains your performance / speed. Both compliments each other.

material different depends on the outcome here. Those two workout are optimizing different things but it would have to be over a long time. Slower are building your aerobic base, to simplify just makes you better at running longer. The second also builds you aerobic base but also make you handle faster paces. The trade off being the intervals will be harder on your body to recover from (also v depended on how fast you run them)

They both train different heart rate zones. Slow runs are good for building a solid base. Called zone 2. There interval training is good for building speed and getting used to running faster. Both required to get better

It depends, the important thing is to monitor your heart rate (assuming heart health is your goal). The more time you spend above your target threshold, (say 85% max bpm), the better (within reason). The second program will also likely have more impact on your vo2 max. In general I'd personally prefer the second program

Both are different trainings, the second could be considered interval training. I have done intervals, but lower timeframes (30 secs sprint, 1 min slow running). Gut feeling is there is no significant benefit, but also not a huge negative impact vs 60 mins without breaks.
