Is there any material benefit for doing 60 minute run at 11km/s vs 6x 10 min with 3 min break but faster

material different depends on the outcome here. Those two workout are optimizing different things but it would have to be over a long time. Slower are building your aerobic base, to simplify just makes you better at running longer. The second also builds you aerobic base but also make you handle faster paces. The trade off being the intervals will be harder on your body to recover from (also v depended on how fast you run them)
