Is there any material benefit for doing 60 minute run at 11km/s vs 6x 10 min with 3 min break but faster

builds aerobic base (ability to perform lower load for longer), cardio endurance, and improves running mechanics (things like energy efficiency + muscles don’t get tired) would say 60 vs 6*(10+3) is pretty different for all those, 10min intervals border on training speed (things like turnover + running strength)

also maybe something to consider is 6*10 is usually much heavier load (if they’re actually fast), so more recovery is needed
