Being peaceful and innovative is super important, however…there are bad people out there that do not care about anything but themselves. You still must me aware and vigilant enough to protect yourself! Stay in shape! Take a karate class or something. Keep some sort of protection on your person. Better to have an not need than to need and not have!

that is terrible I had a rough experience with targeted harassment back in 2020 after Ledger data breach where scammers obtained my email and phone number very important to keep your main funds in a private wallet (or better yet Monero) and use a hidden PIN on hardware wallets

This has always been a major concern to me. I remember in 2017 moon boys talking about how they keep their ledgers on their keychains & thinking ‘ok.. so someone can just see that & rob you for it & your seed phrase’.. & I’m convinced that not being anon is why my LastPass wallets were even hacked bc I’m obv not a high roller, my actual name is out there as an artist clearly in crypto. Something I think about all the time.. how do we protect ourselves ‘being our own bank’ like.. there’s a reason.. actually many reasons, why being our own banks is not a great idea.. too much risk.. seriously wish I’d have come into this space anon and stayed that way.. I used to be so worried about my friends who had apes & wore ape inspired apparel bc of this exact thing..
