Now it’s time to reduce the work load… some well deserved rest (from HMs) after the winter training.

I have to reduce the interval training with the racing shoes because of the pain in the leg. So for a period I will slightly reduce the weekly km and intensity. Back to a lot of zone2 with cushioning shoes. 
Other HM for sure. Just not in the next month. I want to do a 10k

By reducing workload, do you mean you’ll still train (running) or do something else? Are you planning on doing another HM this year? Curious to see how other folks mix and match in between races :)
