In the past 6 weeks my wife and I have been traveling a lot with my 3-month old daughter due to family/work/visa issues. Baby jet lag is real even if they sleep much more than adults. It's tough to help her keep her schedule with all the time zone, altitude and weather changes

Have been using Sam Harris' Waking Up app for several years now. He makes it sound like the non-existence of the self is obvious and that everything is a reflection in consciousness. Are there other thinkers that derive the opposite conclusion (existence of self) from a similar approach (analyzing consciousness)?

Is there a material difference in HR fidelity from watch to chest strap? I run with the Garmin Forerunner 935 and have always been skeptic about my baseline HR i get. Will start using the chest strap next week.

Have been on the sidelines for 4 weeks now due to quad injury. Was training for a HM mid May shooting for 1:37 time. I was feeling great halfway through the program. Not happening anymore. Humbling experience. Injury more serious than I thought. Patience and hard work to get back on it. 🏃
